Hello, 

My name is Tim Merki and my family and I have been serving at Sonoma Baptist Church since June of 2017.  I have pastored churches in Texas, North Carolina, Maryland, and now in Nevada.  My wife Heidi and I were married in June of 2003 and have three boys, Ben, Jos, and Whit.  Even though my family and I are not native Nevadans, we really love it here in Northern Nevada.  If God so wills it we hope to finish out ministry here. We continue to look forward to what God has in store for us and the people of Sonoma Baptist Church.  

Phil has been serving as a Deacon of Sonoma Baptist Church since 2022.  Phil and his wife Linda are passionate about serving Jesus with the saints at Sonoma Baptist Church. 

Gale became a Deacon at Sonoma Baptist Church in 2024.  He and his wife Kelly are devoted to loving and serving the flock at Sonoma Baptist Church. 

Steve became Deacon at Sonoma Baptist Church in 2024.  He and his wife Connie serve the members at Sonoma Baptist Church with love and compassion. 

Dave became a Deacon at Sonoma Baptist Church in 2024.  Together with his wife Sue, they are serving and loving those who attend Sonoma Baptist Church.
